Data we collect
Contact details you provide when requesting a quote, placing an order or contacting our team (name, company, email, phone, VAT number, billing and shipping address) plus the technical information your browser sends.
How we use it
To process quotes and orders, communicate with you about your purchase, comply with VAT and accounting requirements, and improve our service.
Sharing
We share order data only with the logistics partners required to fulfil the order, our payment processor (Stripe) and our shipping carriers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order and invoice data is retained as required by tax and accounting law. Quote and contact data is retained for as long as is reasonably useful to follow up on your request.
Consent management
Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Where Google services are configured, we use Google Consent Mode v2 signals so that no advertising or analytics storage is used before consent is granted.
