1. Parties
These terms apply between Machines & Tools (the seller) and the business or professional buyer placing an order through our store.
2. Orders & confirmation
Submitting an order or paying through checkout is an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed once we have validated stock and availability, normally within one business day. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if pricing, stock or shipping cannot be confirmed.
3. Prices & VAT
Prices are shown in EUR or SEK and may exclude VAT depending on your country of delivery and VAT status. Final VAT is calculated on the invoice based on the delivery address and any valid VAT number provided.
4. Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Orders are released for fulfilment after payment has cleared.
5. Delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative and depend on stock confirmation and the shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
6. Acceptance
The buyer must inspect the goods on arrival and report any visible damage or shortages within 7 days.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
