Coverage
We ship to mainland Spain (Península) only during the soft launch. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not served yet and cannot be selected at checkout. International destinations will be enabled in a later phase.
Dispatch and delivery
Standard dispatch is 24/48 hours from order confirmation, business days. Most parcels are delivered the next business day after dispatch on mainland Spain. Bulky machinery may require additional lead time, which is confirmed on the product page or after the order.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping in mainland Spain on eligible orders from €500 (incl. VAT). Bulky items, pallet shipments and oversized machinery are excluded — shipping is calculated and shown before payment.
Carriers
We work with CTT Express, DHL and Correos Express for parcels, and with pallet carriers for large machinery. Carrier is selected by us based on the size and weight of the shipment.
Shipping cost and transparency
Shipping cost is calculated from the cart contents and the delivery address and is always shown before payment. There are no surprise carrier charges after checkout.
Damage on arrival
Please inspect the goods on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork. Report damage to us within 7 days of delivery so we can open a claim with the carrier.
