Returns policy

Machines & Tools accepts returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Return window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Product condition

For voluntary returns or withdrawal, the product must be unused, unopened, not installed, not modified and in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation and protective materials. We do not accept voluntary returns of used, installed, modified, incomplete products or products without original packaging, except in cases of defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly shipped items.

Return shipping cost

For voluntary returns or withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If the product is defective, arrives damaged, is incomplete or the wrong item was sent, we will handle the case according to the applicable situation.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete or does not match the order, the customer must contact us with the order number and the email used for the purchase. To process the case correctly, we may request photos or video of the product, packaging and transport label. In case of visible transport damage, the customer should notify us as soon as possible and preferably within the first 12 hours after delivery. This allows us to handle the transport claim quickly.

Return method

Returns are handled by postal or transport service. Before sending any product back, the customer must contact Machines & Tools to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.

Refund

Once the returned product is received, or valid proof of return is provided, we will inspect the product and process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If the customer wants another product, a new order must be placed.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

To start a return or incident request, contact our support team and include: order number; email used for the purchase; reason for return or incident; photos or video where applicable.
