Approved returns
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, or valid proof of return is provided, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Cancellations before dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a full refund by contacting our team with your order number.
Return shipping
For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
